Ethnic arrangement of Johann Sebastian Bach’s popular tune. The main melody is played on angklungs. “Air on a G-String” was played by the Musikong Kawayan Bamboo Ensemble.

Nhick Ramiro Pacis is a Filipino-American music composer, arranger and pianist in Tampa, FLorida. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, majoring in Piano from the University of the Philippines College of Music . He was also a member of the UP Concert Chorus from 1987 to 1997 and has joined its 1988, 1990, 1996 and 1997 international tours in Europe, USA and Canada.

With Rudy Bautista as Chairman, assisted by Vice Chairmen David Sweet, Roger Caculitan and Roy Covarrubias and 24 PhilFest committees, PhilFest preparations are in full swing at the Philippjne Cultural Enrichment Complex in Tampa, Florida. The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc., has scheduled its much- awaited trademark three-day PhilFest on the 26th to the 28th of March. This is the Foundation’s 15th premier fund-raising event for the maintenance and upkeep of the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex and funding of its various projects.
Sick But Finished Deathwish
Fell sick during the past couple of days but I did finish working on “Deathwish” soundtrack.
Christmas Panic
Running between home and office errands right now – decorating at home, preparing minus ones for my angklung kids at Pasko celebration later, making posters for the concert in January, writing more music for “Deathwish”… what more can I ask for? I have a very active life right now to the point that it’s 3:38 am and I’m still on the computer. Have I mentioned I still have to play in church at 8am?
